Important Update about our future hours.

Dear beloved customers of Koya Highland Park,

Starting “February 2022”, we have made the difficult decision to close LUNCH hours and streamline our menu for our Highland Park location.

As many of our customers know, all of our ingredients, including fish and vegetables, are hand-selected and prepped directly by our chefs to ensure the highest quality for our customers.

With the continued national supply chain shortages, procuring the freshest ingredients without compromise to support both LUNCH and DINNER hours has become challenging.

This, combined with staff shortages, means that additional time and resources are required for the ingredient prep process.

Our primary goal is to maintain the uncompromised Koya quality you know and love, so we have made the decision to focus our efforts and ingredients on a streamlined DINNER menu.

Additionally, our owners' Grace and Hyung are not as young as they used to be!

We want to make sure they can continue to serve our beloved community as long as they can in top physical condition!

Focusing on a DINNER only menu will help our owners and staff provide the fastest and friendliest food and service to our customers.

Lastly, we have unfortunately needed to make changes to our menu prices to offset the drastic supply cost increases that occurred over the past year. Ingredient supply costs today are 2~5 times higher than in 2019.

We always try to avoid any menu price increases at Koya, but by doing so we are able to continue to use the same high-quality ingredient suppliers we have over the past two decades.

We hope you understand these changes, all of which were made to support our singular goal - uncompromised Koya quality.
